Opposite of sick: Wellness is the general term that includes all aspects of living as healthy a life as possible: lifestyle, environment, prevention, etc. Wellness includes a person's physical, emotional, intellectual, social, family and spiritual well-being as aspects of their overall health. It is a point of view focused on looking at a whole person, rather than a disease or diagnosis.
