Depends...: 1-2 hours after liquids, 3-6 hours after solids. Carbohydrates & proteins exit faster than fats. Large meals take longer to empty than small meals. Medications, diabetes, neuropathies, certain infections can alter stomach emptying significantly, as can mechanical delays in emptying like stenosis & scarring of the pylorus (the gastric outlet into duodenum), gallbladder disease, small bowel issues.
