Suboxone: I'm not sure what you're asking but i'll give it a shot. Suboxone has what is called more affinity for the receptors by a large margin. It will beat out any other opiate as far as attaching too receptors. That said it's not going to give one more pain control or if one is abusing more of a high, it's not going to do either although it's a good but not great pain medication.

Yes and NO: comparing half a milligram of each, suboxone ...maybe. BUT: 1) suboxone is a NERFED narcotic, it's peak effect hits a maximum far below the average dose of dilaudid. ("partial agonist, ceiling effect"). 2) it has a BLOCKER in it that modifies the effect of the drug and BLOCKS action of other narcotics taken. so, in regular use. no
