Stay calm.: The best thing to do is to stay calm, be aware of your surroundings and avoid confrontations if possible. Make friends w/ other students. Talk to your parents, teachers or the principal. Try to avoid a big reaction ; stay firm. Many bullies were abused or bullied themselves. They feel insecure inside and are looking for attention ; power. When they do not get a response, u take away their power.

Bullying: I take it that your age is not truly 46. Being bullied is very scary and hard. I suggest talking to your parents and teacher about it -- maybe also the principal of the school. If you talk about what has happened before, there will be more awareness and possible protection in case events recur next year. Martial arts classes might also increase your strength, confidence, ; self-protection.

Tell someone: Find someone you trust and say something. Keeping it inside does nothing. Depending on the context, find out what resources you have at your disposal to stop the bullying. DO NOT TAKE THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS.
