Deal with stress: Most women struggle with libido when fatigue or stress are high. Unlike guys who can "turn off" stress and actually find sex to relieve it, most ladies have a tough time and are distracted when more important matters occupy the mind. Perhaps a counselor to help deal with bro's situation will help lessen the stress from your worry and allow libido to return to normal.

Stress: 90% of doctor visits are related to stress so i'm right with that answer most of the time. There are some medical conditions & hormone abnormalities that affect libido however.
