Steroids?: The strength is not important, as increasing doses make the weaker stronger. The problem is using Anabolic steroids for non-medical bodybuilding or weight gain. This class has serious emotional and physical side effects and should be used for medical problems under strict medical supervision.

No good options: Anabolic steroids, unless you are being prescribed them by a physician for one of the handful of legitimate uses, are illegal and unsafe. Period. While the urge to use them may be strong, their short and long-term side effects are serious and dangerous. I strongly urge you to resist the temptation.

No kind.: Any anabolic steroid can lead to high blood pressure, damage to the immune system, high cholesterol, diabetes, breast enlargement (gynecomastia), bad acne, liver damage, obnoxiously aggressive behavior, stretch marks, cardiac arrhythmias, congestive heart failure, heart attacks, sudden cardiac death...And oh, yes, impotence. So don't fall for the "not too strong" excuse.
