Vagal reflex: An orgasm can cause stimulation of the vagus nerve. That nerve is responsible for controlling the pulse, sweating, and vomiting. The orgasm can result in any or all of those symptoms due to stimulation of the vagus nerve. That is common and normal, even if it is unpleasant - there is nothing wrong with you.
