Maybe, maybe not: Some women can/do experience slight implantation bleeding--that is when the fertilized egg implants itself into the lining of the uterus causes some bleeding (spotting). Spotting is quite common during the first couple of months of pregnancy. If significant cramping/bleeding occurs, consult doc. Otherwise, plan on checking a home pregnancy test to see if it will make you smile. Good luck.
