All about sperm: The length a time one fresh sperm may survive inside a female's body is five days. You are asking questions that are common but impossible to answer. Each ejaculation is millions and millions of sperm. It only takes one sperm to impregnate an egg. Sperm on any of the 'fertile' days has a chance of causing a pregnancy.
