Something else: If you're wife had a miscarriage and then didn't have periods for 4 months following, the lack of periods is likely due to something other than the miscarriage. She may have a medical condition (thyroid imbalance) that's causing, or have weight issues? (too thin/heavy) or have problem with pituitary. Regardless, 4 months without a period, she should get checked by medical doctor.
