Heel pain: This is probably plantar fasciitis . The am pain is classic with this syndrome , all of which you don't have yet. A physical exam is needed to be sure , but i would see my podiatrist before it gets any worse. Good luck.

Heel spur: You probably have a heel spur or something called plantar fasciitis. It is best treated with either otc arch support or custom orthotics. See a podiatrist, it is easy to treat- and continue the stretching.
