Not pregnant: Nope. Having a period defines not being pregnant. Heartburn and dizziness are in no way symptoms of early pregnancy.

Possibly: Dizziness and heartburn after a light period could mean pregnancy, so check a pregnancy test. However there are other possibilities including a stomach virus, stress impacting the stomach, eating a food that irritates the stomach for instance.
