Ataxia: You did not say how old you are and how long have you been drinking. If your exposure is fairly long to alcohol the damage may be irreversible. However if you have not been drinking for years you need a detailed evaluation including brain imaging to be sure that you did not have a stroke or not suffering from brain tumor.
