Not necessarily: Unless you are having unprotected sex or injecting drugs, HIV and hepatitis would not be a concern. You may have other infection or parasites in your intestine. It would be prudent to see a doctor for evaluation and may be a stool examination. If you are concerned about HIV and hepatitis, you may request tests for these as well.
