Bladder work up: You need further testing. First a pregnancy test is needed. Next a urine analysis with culture and sensitivity should be obtained to make sure you have an infection and you are taking the right antibiotic. You should also undergo a pelvic exam with cervical cultures obtained and consideration may be given to a pelvic ultrasound, especially if the aforementioned studies do not reveal the cause.
