Period is a week late and i'm having a clear watery discharge what does this mean?

Take a test: If you're period is late and you are sexually active, consider taking a home pregnancy test to make sure you're not pregnant. Otherwise, this delay is likely due to hormones, thyroid or changes in weight (thin/heavy). Discharge doesn't signal anything at this point in time. Thin is usually mid-cycle, but it doesn't sound like you are mid-cycle.
