Rinse "baby blues": Our eyes combat many things every day, but after a known exposure it is best to help them by rinsing your eye(-s) out. Not aware of any HIV transmission report but bacterial infection not inconceivable. If concerned, watch for pink/red-eye and crusting over next few days ; see eye dr if occurs--but must be honest as to likely cause, since not all antibiotics will cover gonorrhea or chlamydia.

Not much: It stings. Theoretically you could get an std or HIV that way (from someone else's semen), but that doesn't happen very often.
