Infection : Those symptoms may be from a gastrointestinal infection that may be viral, bacterial or parasitic. A much more detailed history would be needed to determine the next course of action but it may involve a course of antibiotics. While viral infections will usually resolve on own bacterial and parasitic will need treatment. Testing may be needed to make determination.
