Brittle nails: Vitamin d deficiency can lead to nail thinning. Oil of olay makes a hand and nail cream that when used over time can make them less brittle. Nuvanail (?) is a new product out that is a polyurethane nail lacquer that when used over time also helps thicken the nails. Could be a fungus, or other nail condition - consult a local podiatrist in your area.
