Unsure: Ovulation occurs approximately 14 days before the next menstrual period. It is normally accompanied by a change in vaginal mucous, but the change occurs slowly over a period of hours to days. A gush may just be a little bit of urinary incontinence and may represent a symptom of a bladder infection. Please see you gynecologist.
