Sometime i have feel pain in veins in scrotem when long standing and if i touch the scrotem the pain go away is it any serious?

Varicocele: This may be a varicocele which is an enlargement of the veins in the area, the same happens on the leg varicose veins they can be enlarged after prolong standing, the main problem may be infertility and pain in the area, but my advise if to have a urologic examination to make sure there are no testicular masses or testicular dysfunction.
