Abd pain: Causes of missed periods could be: pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, hormonal imbalance, thyroid diaease, menopause etc. Causes of vaginal discharge could be candidiasis, vaginosis, std, pelvic inflamatory disease, normal discharge, ovulation . See your obgyn for a full exam.
