What are the side effects of synthyroid 75mcg?

None: Hi. L-thyroxine (Synthroid among others) is the normal human thyroid hormone. It has no side effects. The only "side effects" of l-thyroxine are if there is too much (hyperthyroidism) or too little (hypothyroidism) of it. Your doc will monitor your TSH and free T4 to make sure your dose is properly adjusted. Good luck!
