Big picture: If these are percentages, don't even pay attention. Don't worry about monocytes unless you are obviously seriously sick. If absolute lymphs are above 1000, or if total neutrophils below around 15000 without abnormal forms (many bands, toxic granulation) chances are it means nothing especially if you're not otherwise ill. Your physician knows how to interpret these.
