Causes of Fatigue: The list of causes of weakness and fatigue is extensive: viral infections, metabolic disorders (low thyroid), drugs, depression, boredom, chronic fatigue syndrome, blood disorders, immunologic problems (systemic lupus) etc. If the fatigue gets better with exercise its probably not due to bad disease. Treatment is physical fitmess. If worse with exercise, you need a full work-up by your physician.
