But in terms of sleep issues, it maybe due to sleep apnea- if you snore, have morning headaches, acid reflux at night, and/or dry mouth while waking up after sleeping. Narcolepsy, insomnia, idiopathic hypersomnia, ; other sleep disorders can also do it. It may be a good idea to consult a sleep medicine specialist to help figure it out.
