See below: There may be many causes, as it depends on your other symptoms. But in terms of sleep issues, it maybe due to sleep apnea- if you snore, have morning headaches, acid reflux at night, and/or dry mouth while waking up after sleeping. Narcolepsy, insomnia, idiopathic hypersomnia, ; other sleep disorders can also do it. It may be a good idea to consult a sleep medicine specialist to help figure it out.

Many reasons: You may be feeling fatigue for several reasons after a workout. If you are severely exhausted and feel incapacitated you may be overdoing it, you may not be eating enough, or you may have a serious medical condition involving your heart or lungs. This may also be due to other conditions such as low thyroid. Follow up with your doctor prior to working out again.
