Low peak flow: It depends on your baseline peak flow values, but this is low for your age. If this is a significant drop (more than 20% of normal), then either refer to your asthma action plan or call your physician for instructions. If this is not possible, then proceed to urgent care center or ER for respiratory evaluation and treatment. If this is a normal value (ie chronic obstruction), then disregard.
