Septal piercing: You can have heavy bleeding w formation of septal hematoma. Significant deformity can result from complications like necrosis of the nasal wall or perichondritis. If the stud grows into your skin it may need to be cut out. Staphylococcus ; pseudomonas are just a couple of possible infections you may get. Without pus it is hard to know if this is an allergic rxn or infection. Get evaluated.
