Many: Abdominal pain, initially in the umbilical area, moving to the right lower quadrant, fevers of about 102, nausea/vomiting and diarrhea. This constellation of symptoms should prompt you to be seen.

Abdominal pain: Classically, appendicitis is charecterized by epigastic or peri-umbilical abdominal pain that gradually moves into the right lower quadrant, accompanied by nausea, vomiting & a loss of appetite.The pain is usually worse with movement, & may be accompanied by rebound tenderness. That said, appendicitis is notorious for not presenting with classical symptoms. When in doubt, see your dr.
