No easy way...: The only way to get rid of the stones for sure is to get rid of the tonsils. This is rarely necessary though. These stones often come from post-nasal mucus dripping down and getting caught in the litte holes (crypts). As it dries it gets hard (and smelly!). Nasal saline washes often help break up the mucus, helping it to flow down and not get caught.
