Burn or allergic?: Wax allergy is unheard of but if you have a burn, only time will heal it although some have touted aloe or Arnica oil to be beneficial. The most important thing is to sure that you keep the area clean to prevent infection. If the area burnt is extensive, a topical antibiotic cream may be considered.
