Don't recommend: Douches for yeast infections. Douches can change vaginal ph ; ^ risk for yeast. Otc meds include Monistat (miconzole), vagistat-1 (tioconazole), femstat (butoconazole) (buoconazole), Gyne-Lotrimin or mycelex( clotrimazole).
