Constant and constant numbness in the hands or feet id suggest considering that there may be a neurological cause for this such as nerve root irritation due to a variety of sources. Or cervical spine nerve compression. The nerve roots that come together to form the major nerves in your arm also give supply to neck muscles. Seek medical attention . Talk to your pcp first /consider a neurologist.
