Use better sunblock: Sunblock and sunscreen are part of a strategy to reduce uv sun damage. I recommend a broad spectrum sun block spf 30 or higher. Keep in mind you need to reapply each 3-4 hours as indicated on the product. In addition avoid peak sun from 11am-2pm and use physical protection with wide brim hat. If you are very fair skin and blonde you are more susceptible to burning.
