I really need some answers! why am i constantly thirsty all the time?

Several issues: Continuous thirst, in the absence of obvious things that use up fluid like sweating, could be from conditions causing the kidneys to make excess urine.Such as diabetes. There is a pituitary condition in which fluid is continuosly produced. There are also some conditions of the kidney which can do this. You should have a doctor's evaluation soon.
