White zit-like things with a black, pin-sized dot in the center on my gums, what could this be?

Many things..: Depending on your racial make up, and skin tone/color, it may be as normal as a simple pigmentation , or skin/gum variation, or it can even be a lesion, or abscess or irritation point on your gums. Please see your dentist, and he/she might even refer you to a periodontist /gum disease specialist. / good luck.
