The classic symptoms are chest pressure or heaviness like an elephant on chest, severe cold sweats, shortness of breath, there may be nausea, dizziness, radiation of discomfort to jaw or left arm. Others feel nothing, others have acute complications including sudden death., congestive heart failure but others none.
