Are you anemic?: Depending on your age, your menstral history, and your overall health what you describe might be okay, even normal. However, if you are fatiqued, your menstral cycles progressively getting longer and heavier, then you should go in and see your doctor. Your vital signs and a simple blood test will determine if you are anemic. If so, your doctor can help you.
