Maybe: Abdmonal pain and saliva production may mean you are going to vomit. Its possible that you have food poisoning or an infection in your stomach or bowels. These usually last 24-48 hours. If the pain is persistent and severe, or you have a fever, you will need to get it evaluated. Hope you feel better soon!
