My younger sister has anti-social personality disorder. how is this treated?

There is no treatmen: There is no consistently effective treatment for antisocial personality disorder. This disorder can only be managed and that management is usually in the criminal justice system. No medication will treat it and it is virtually impossible to treat someone in psychotherapy who is incapable of empathy and who is without a conscience.
