See dentist: Go back to the dentist to have him look at the tooth. Record and bring with you a list of what causes the discomfort, when it occurs, what you do to provoke the pain etc. Then he can come up with a diagnosis.

Re-treatment: May be required, to correct the rct filling which might be long or short of the canal. Your dentist would be able to diagnose and treat that.
