No: There is no reason to take more pills as the regime is effective. It does not effect fertility at all.

Don't understand: your question. There is no benefit to taking more than one Plan B One Step at a time. Repeatedly taking Plan B is not a good idea - because it should be used as emergency contraception - not regular birth control. However, repeated use will not effect future fertility.
