Many options: If you have a clinical depression, combined with anxiety causing muscle tension, there are several options that i recommend for my patients. Perhaps one or more may help you: progressive relaxation, massage, physical therapy, heating pad, hot shower, stretching, muscle relaxants, antidepressant medicines. Talk to your doctor in detail about treatment options.
