It takes weeks : Generally it takes weeks to start seeing improvement and in some cases there is some worsening of your condition that can occur. This will get better. Continue to use it at night and don't forget sunscreen and good moisturizer.

Tretinoin: You have not given the tretinoin enough time to be effective. You should see improvement within 2-6 months.
