Yes!: Absolutely no harm to get it a week or two early! the problem is when you get it late. Sounds like you need to get your next injection before christmas.

Depo: The Depo-Provera shot is intended to be injected every 3 months or 13 weeks.

Yes: You should get your next shot 12 weeks from 9/25. But definitely the shot is still effective if there is some overlap.
