my 6 month old has been around a dog and cat for 3 days. her eyes are itchy, sneezing, runny nose. can i give benadryl, (diphenhydramine) how much if so?

Careful!: The main issue here is that the baby is having allergic reaction to the cats and dogs. It is best that the child be removed form these conditions! Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is a short terms answer!
