No - it should be ok: Rabies in cattle is serious and a reason raw milk is considered risky. But heating it to even 140 deg f kills the virus - certainly boiling does. So, it should be safe with regard to the rabies virus. It's really good that you are interested in this sort of thing - have a great holiday season.
