Normal: That is very normal on the penis. As the composition of the tissue of the penis is made up of tissue that enlarges when engorged with blood. That is why there is a change in size upon stimulation. However, if you are talking about something new or a change from before there might be something else that is not being conveyed appropriate, so you should see your md if that is the case.
