I'm 30 and i have very dark circles under my eyes. what's the best way to help fix them?

Dark Circles: First we have to look at the cause. Then, we chose the best approach. In some cases the appearance can be improved by surgery. At 30 i suppose that these circles may be a familial thing. If there is another cause such as medications, then changing meds may be all that is needed. In my experience camouflaging with cosmetics works well in women, because they do wear make up. Men, or most me do not.
