You need answers.: Please understand that I am a family physician, not an obstetrician. If i understand you, your wife had a serious post-partum hemorrhage after a c-section delivery of twins. I would imagine that blood would be given unless there was a specific reason not to. My questions would pertain to her neurological status, and the possibility of bleeding into her pituitary gland. Talk with the doctors asap.
